| ANNIVERSARY RECEPTION Submitted by: Krisann M Hankins For our 1st Anniversary I decorated the house the same way we had decorated our reception. I had the balloon sculptures all around the living room. I decorated the dining room table with the table cloth, romantic poem table tents, gold Hershey's kisses scattered about & the imprinted napkins tied with gold wedding bands. All the same as our reception. I got out our engraved champagne flutes and bought a good bottle of champagne. We had eaten our cake top at our 1 month anniversary as friends had suggested. So I made a cake similar to our wedding cake & we fed each other after a romantic dinner. I played our first dance song & we had a wonderful evening. He was so surprised to walk in and see all the decorations. We watched our wedding video and went through our photos. It was a wonderful way to re-live the day. I plan on doing this every few years just for fun. |
