| NOT QUITE A DOZEN Submitted by: Carrie Thorpe Last year my boyfriend was leaving for a week during spring time. I got seven plastic eggs, one for each day he was going to be gone. I filled the eggs with miscellaneous items. Some with his favorite candy, one with quotes and a poem, others were filled with inside jokes to remind him of me and the last day had a picture of us with a note saying we'll be together again soon. I labeled the outside of each egg with a day of the week, one for him to open each day, and then hide them in his suitcase for him to find. He loved it! |
