My hubby says those 3 lil words all the time.  The way he does it that is the most special is, going through the newspaper, he goes to the comic section. 

There he finds the comic "Love is...".  He then cuts out the ones that pertain to us & leaves them in my purse or on the bathroom mirror.  Some of the ones I've received are "love is...having someone to spoil" or "love is...having a hug-a-day".
