BEFORE & AFTER submitted by: Donna Foti I did two pastel drawings of us for a card...on the front of the card I put the drawing of us as we are now, with a vaguely sketched background of the spot we so much enjoy to go to in the woods behind our house. I wrote on the front, To my love ~ for all time.Then I did a drawing of us, aged on the inside. I did this drawing of us seated on a bench on a front porch of the house we dream of owning. He was sitting with a cane beside him and I was leaning close to him with my gray hair in a small bun at the top of my head...we both had very contented facial expressions and there was a cat sleeping at our feet...Depicting that all our dreams would come true. I love that quote..."Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be...", and that is what I used on the inside along with a personal note of love. It was a lot of work, but, I enjoyed doing it and the results were wonderful! He treasures that card. I am sure it can be done with photos, also. There are computer programs and even sites or photography stores, that will age the images in the photos...if you have a photo of the two of you in front of your home, the program will age the house as well.
