On Valentines day, my boyfriend (at the time) and I decided to stay home and have a quiet romantic dinner, since restaurants are always so crowded on that day.  I'd made a wonderful seafood dinner, lit candles, had roses petals on the bed, & I'd bought some great champagne.  On top of that, the next day was my birthday, so it was really special to me.

Well I waited and waited and my boyfriend never showed up.  Never called or anything.  He showed up the next morning on my birthday with flowers and a card, which I tore in little pieces and told him to get out.  I figured he must've been with someone else.  I was furious and hurt.
