This year, I made my husband a giant book made out of foam board. I made up a short story using all sorts of candy and gum (DOVE candy bar, ORBIT gum, WHATCHAMACALLIT candy bar, Pixy Sticks, etc. etc.) which I  hot glued onto the inside of the book. I also drew some of my own illustrations. I also have pictures of this book, if you'd be interested in seeing it! I had so much fun doing this project for my husband!

 

The story is as follows:

 

A DREAM FROM OUT OF THIS WORLD

 

One night, while sleeping in bed, I had the most "AM-AZING" dream...

I grew the wings of a "DOVE" and began to "ORBIT" the earth in search of golden "NUGGETS".

All of a sudden, everything got dark because there was a lunar "ECLIPSE". I was so frightened!!

Then there was a huge "STARBURST" and a fairy princess appeared. She said, "Don't be afraid, because your "WHATCHAMACALLIT" will rescue you. She waved her "PIXY STICK" and then sprinkled "MAGIC DUST" and there YOU were, my "LIFESAVER"!  I went "GOO GOO" over you because you had come from beyond the "MILKY WAY" to save me, and because you were soooo "KISSABLE"! I also realized that I had more than a "POT OF GOLD" because I had YOU, my "TREASURE"! And for Valentine's Day, I want you to know that I love you "NOW AND LATER" and I am giving you lots of "HUGS" but wait, I have "S'MORE"...I'm also giving you a big "KISS"!
