~~~ From the Editor ~~~
It always amazes (and somewhat saddens) me that I get up to 10 times
the traffic to my site the two or three days before Valentines day.
The extra traffic likely comes from those who treat Valentines Day
like a *make-up* day, making up for being so un-romantic the rest of
the year.
This newsletter is a perfect reminder on why and how to do little
romantic things all year long to keep your relationship on cloud nine.
Have a heavenly week. — Michael
People keep emailing me asking for the website I have recommended
in the past for signing up for mystery shopping companies.
And they also ask is it really true that I, Michael Webb, have gotten
assignments where I have been reimbursed up to $120 for dinner
with my wife along with many other high paying opportunities.
YES. It is true. And the website is
Thanks to all who entered last weeks contest.
From the correct entries, I chose Joy Dvorak of Shakopee, Minnesota
as the winner.
Go pick out a prize from the prize vault!
This weeks contest. On my site, I have the lyrics to the love theme
song from the famous Patrick Swayze/Demi Moore movie. What is the
title of that song?
Search TheRomantic.com and when you find the answer email it to me
Women – You get Scammed all the Time!!
How are you to know if a guy is genuine and will
make a great husband and father? We guys are
VERY good at deceiving when we want to.
You could spend a year or two of serious courtship,
asking a billion questions or you could look for these
very simple clues to decide whether to punt him
or keep him for the long haul.
~~~ Tip of the Week ~~~
PLAYING WITH YOUR FOOD
by Michael Webb, Founder
http://www.TheRomantic.com/
Food sure is fun. It is fun to eat and, despite what my mother tried
to teach me, it is fun to play with. Have you ever played with your
food? Try it, you might like it.
One particular fun food is the hearty toast and eggs. Take a slice of
bread and use a heart cookie cutter to take a hole out of the center.
Lightly toast both pieces. Scramble up an egg and just when it begins
to take some non-runny form, put the toast in the skillet and place
the eggs in the open heart of the bread for it to finish cooking.
Serve with grits, bacon or some other side dish.
You can alter the above idea for even a simple peanut butter and jelly
sandwich. Place the piece of bread with the heart cut out on top of a
whole slice. Does your lover like licorice? A message written in
licorice “string” might just brighten their day.
My mom knows I still play with my food, but now she gives her
approval.
