KEEPING IN “TOUCH”

Over the past 7 years my husband and I have spent almost half of our married life traveling and at one point we spent two years apart. (I was enrolled in medical school in Miami and he lived in Tampa). We spent many late nights talking -IM- and Emailed many long distance love letters. I have printed out and saved many of them. We professed our love in black and white…. and they are wonderful keepsakes.

Today, we own our business which includes more travel than not. So, with our busy schedules and two kids, at least once a week, we email each other little love reminders, notes of appreciation, and encouragement. And we never forget to throw a blue mountain card in for those extra special touches. Now I would be remiss to include that since my husband has started receiving your newsletters, he has been much more romantic (when he IS at home), and our intimacy is flourishing. Thank you for sending him a gentle reminder (and great links) of what is really important in life… our relationships.
