My husband and I were going through a hard time (we had recently found out that we couldn’t have a baby) and I wanted to let him know that I still loved him regardless of that. I made him little love notes telling him how much I loved him and cared about him and hid them all around the house, in his car, in his diary, his laptop bag and even in his lunch-tin.
He looked forward to each day to discover where the love notes were hidden and I had a great time trying to find inventive places to hide them. The last day I gave him 2 vouchers for a massage which we’ll enjoy together. It has definitely brought us closer together and reminded us just what a special relationship we have, children or no children!
