My husband and I have self remodeled almost every room in our home. Every time we work on a room we each paint, carve, or stencil little hearts or love notes in odd almost unfindable places in the room.

We still find notes we didn’t know the other left – it’s kind of sweet to pull out an old cookbook you never use and find a random “I love you” in the middle of the day!
