I get an email once a week from one particular mystery shopping company I am signed up with. In that email the area coordinator lets me know which shops need to be filled. I am always amazed how many different shops I could do if I wanted. All those $20-$75 payouts would add up. Since I dont need extra money, I only take high paying restaurant shops that I can do with Athena.
I know some people actually do mystery shopping full time and make over $50K. Many more do it part-time just to make $500 or $1000 a month so they dont have to get a full time job. If you are interested in doing mystery shopping, here is more information:http://theromantic.com/mystery.htm

~~~ Tip of the Week ~~~
Perk Me Up
by Roxanne Brandon Coffey
http://theromantic.com/
For Christmas the year after my son was born I bought my husband the following:
* a mug with a photo of our son on it
* a silver tablespoon with his initials engraved
* a pound of specialty coffee
* a coffee grinder (the electric kind)
(and I suggested to my mother that an ideal gift for us that year would be an espresso maker).
I then hid each item in a different place and put clues out so that it was like a treasure hunt with a little gift in each spot.
Since then, I try to buy various specialty coffee beans whenever I think he needs a pick-me-up. (By the way, I don’t drink coffee!)
