A representative of Chuao Chocalatier sent me a box of their
chocolate last week. I have traveled in Belgium and France, both
famous for their chocolate and sorry Francophones, but this chocolate
was even more glorious. And a box of these delights made from famed
Venezuelan chocolate is the prize in this week’s contest. It will be
shipped 2nd Day air in a ice-packed box to maintain the delicate
flavors.
Have a sweet week. — Michael

I finally got around to reading and sorting and uploading the stories
from the contest two weeks ago on ROMANTIC CARE PACKAGES. The winning entry came from Anastasia and I named it *Queen of Care Packages*.
Most guys would do anything for a woman like that. You can read her
ideas and 29 others at:

Last week’s winner of the Korean translating contest was Chris Walker.
This week’s contest is on ROMANCE WITH CHOCOLATE. I’m NOT looking for stories how someone bought you a wonderful box of chocolates. Entries
must have some element of creativity, uniqueness or something that
makes others think it beyond nice. And of course it has to involve
chocolate in some way. As mentioned above, this week’s winner will
have a box of decadent Chuao Chocolates shipped to him or her.

Bust It Up
by Michael Webb
http://www.TheRomantic.com
I have one disappointment in life. I have never been able to bust up
a Pinata and have candies and prizes fall all over me.
I have witnessed them in real life and I have seen them on television
shows and in the movies. I just never personally experienced the
thrill of being showered with cool treats. I might also enjoy being a
bystander who swoops in when the break is made and the person with the
stick is still blindfolded and disoriented.
One doesn’t have to go with the traditional “party Pinata.” It can
also be made clear that what is inside doesn’t have to be shared. A
Pinata would be a wonderful addition to an adult birthday party, an
anniversary celebration or a way to give a Christmas present. Just
think of the items you could put in a Pinata (besides an engagement
ring box). Here are a few examples. Nothing breakable of course.
# Sports theme: Tickets to a game, baseball cards, peanuts
# Cracker Jack theme: Candied popcorn and silly prizes like plastic
animals and fake tattoos
# Turning 40 theme: Fix-o-dent, hair dye, arthritis pills, Ex-Lax
(not extremely romantic unless your sweetheart enjoys that sort of humor)
# Chocolate theme: An assortment of wrapped chocolates and packets
of hot chocolate
# Come up with your own theme special to the two of you
Have fun!
