For years financial *experts* (who often make money when you invest
with them) have been touting 401-Ks and the stock market as the place
to grow rich and plan for retirement. A lot of people who followed
their advice have lost their homes, cars and other assets when they
lost their jobs or when their stocks tumbled.
There is a better way to get out of debt and move into wealth (Michael
Webb even uses some of these strategies). Perhaps you have seen SUZE
ORMAN talk about it on OPRAH.

<3~ Contest ~<3
Last week’s contest was on *Where In the World*? Hundreds of you
guessed which Caribbean island I would be going to for a month to
vacation with my family and work on book number 8. Three of you
guessed correctly. We will be going to TORTOLA on August 19. I put
the 3 correct entries in a hat and picked out Susanne Berman-Rivera.
I’m planning a special 5-part *Scavenger Contest* for the 5 issues
coming from Tortola. A super special prize package will be offered.
Stay tuned.
This week’s contest is on LINGERIE. How have you used men’s or
women’s undergarments in a creative or unique way to add more romance
to your marriage? Please try to keep the stories *classy*.
Email your entry to tipofweek@aol.com by Monday to be entered.
The winning entry will win a trip through TheRomantic.com’s ever
growing PRIZE VAULT is filled with books, several board games
including Romantic Sensations, An Enchanting Evening and others, CDs,
dance lessons and other fun stuff at

Mirror Mirror On the Wall
by Michael Webb
http://www.TheRomantic.com
It’s not that original, but it works. A little love note written on
the bathroom mirror is a wonderful way to start the day.
There are several ways to put a thoughtful message on the bathroom
mirror. You an write it with your finger on the steamed up mirror
after you have taken your shower (that means you have to take yours
first). You can sneak into the bathroom while your darling is in the
shower and write a message.
I have used Rain-X Anti-fog (found in the automotive section of most
department stores) on the mirror which works great for several days or
even weeks. You can squirt a little on a cotton swab and write or
draw something on the mirror and the message will magically appear
when the mirror fogs up.
If you can’t steam up the bathroom mirror, there are other ways to
leave a message. Try using an old tube of lipstick that is no longer
being used or a bar of soap. My personal favorite is dry erase
markers. They come in a variety of colors and easily write on and
wipe off.
Who is the fairest of them all?
