My wife and I go to the same place each year for our anniversary (we call it our Honeymoon trip). It is about a five-hour trip.  One year I built her a massage table- portable, padded, soft.  I concealed it from her and it went with us on our trip.  I had purchased several gifts for her (including oils, small pillow, etc. for use with her new table).  I made a list of different things that could be seen along the trip.  Whenever she found one of those items, she got to open a gift.  This made the trip itself very enjoyable.  When we arrived at the cabin, she got to open her table, and then got to use all of her gifts.  Now, the table goes with us every year!
