Last year my husband bought an “I Love You” foil balloon and had the clerk tie an entire roll of curling ribbon to it. He brought it home (I was sleeping at the time so I had no clue, I work nights) and placed it on the ground and sent it up to the 2nd story window. So when I woke up I saw an I Love You balloon in the window!
