Are you searching for the “picture perfect” place to visit for Christmas? You know the Christmas depicted by Charles Dickens and Currier & Ives.
The city, town or village is charming and quaint and is probably a throw-back to Victorian times where you’ll have carolers on the corners, snow on the roofs, sleigh rides and jingle bells heard far and wide.
The town will be decked out with festive greenery and millions of lights and candles.
I asked my subscribers to recommend “old-fashioned” special places to celebrate Christmas that has such ideals and here is what they suggested.
