Every year for Father’s Day, I try to do something really special for my husband. He is such a wonderful father and husband.
I actually have two tips: One year, I painted the kids’ feet (we have 3) placed them on nice paper and found a poem on the internet (Walk a Little slower daddy), framed–it still hangs on our wall.
Last year, I used cement to make path stones for our walkway–mix the cement, put in the disposable square pans you can purchase, then before it is set, place the kids handprints or feet, then add other items (seashells, marbles, whatever you wanted), add the kids names and year and you have another great gift.
My husband loves these gifts and they are fairly inexpensive to do but something that my husband will always cherish.
