FUNNY AS A 2 DOLLAR BILL

For my boyfriend’s birthday this last year, I threw him a gigantic party with about 30 of our friends, and then spent quite a bit of time getting him gifts I knew he would enjoy. I started buying and planning 2 months before his birthday, and I had a tough time keeping all the presents where he couldn’t find them.

He really enjoyed the party and the gifts, and we had a great time.  When my birthday came around, I didn’t expect too much, because it is close to Christmas and everyone is always so busy with the holidays, but I still thought he would try to make it special for me.

I never expected the plastic cups and license plate holder that I got as gifts! Turns out he had a gift certificate to our college bookstore, so he ended up only paying $2 for all of it!
